Mirka 6" 8mm Orbit Sander Dust Free Trolley System
The pneumatic random orbital sander - Mirka® PROS 680CV (central vacuum) is developed in-house by the Mirka's industry-leading design team. Clever features and attention to detail make it an efficient and effective sanding tool that perfectly suits professional operators. Mirka® PROS 680CV has an 8 mm orbit and it is specially developed for maximum dust extraction even at low suction power, achieved with a wider, more efficient dust suction outlet in the machine housing. DE-1230 Professional dust extractor with HEPA Filter completes the dust-free experience. 3 layers of filtration protection against harmful dust with the new Mirka DE-1230. Equipped with a high-performance 1200W motor and a 1-stage turbine that creates 250 mbar suction with an airflow of 4500 l/min. The Mirka DE 1230 HEPA PC dust extractors have an auto-start function, which means not just less noise but an overall longer lifetime for the dust extractor. A simple push of a button is all that is needed to clean the filter. A stable trolley with adjustable height and two hollow sheet metal shelves, the lower for the dust extractor and the other for products. A hook and loop strip is also included on the right side to attach hand blocks to and an adjustable hanging device on the left side for hanging tools on. Two hooks on the back side to hang the dust hose on is also included. A multipurpose tool conceived for sanding on concave, convex and flat shaped surfaces thanks to special plates attached to a hand block body. The replacement of the different plates is quick and easy. This kit contains a hand block body 70 x 198 mm, a hose adapter 20/28 mm outer diameter and 4 changeable plates.
