Husqvarna CG 200 9HP Gasoline Powered Concrete Floor Scarifier

Husqvarna's CG 200 is a highly productive scarifier, designed to remove concrete fast and aggressively. Applications include removing coatings (heavy floor tile mastics and epoxy materials), light or heavy milling, grooving and texturing of walkways to make them slip resistant, removing trip hazards, and levelling misaligned concrete joints and uneven surfaces. Equipped with vibration-dampening handles for operator comfort, hour meter, height adjustment for precise depth of operation and central exhaust for dust extraction for a cleaner working environment.

    When I unpacked the Husqvarna CG 200, I was immediately impressed by its robust build quality. The frame is solid, and the machine feels sturdy and durable. The 9HP engine is powerful enough to handle tough concrete floor preparation jobs with ease, and the scarifier quickly got to work, removing coatings, adhesives, and rough patches of concrete with precision. I was concerned about the vibration, as I've used scarifiers in the past that were tough to handle, but the CG 200's ergonomic design made it manageable. The handlebar is adjustable, and the control is intuitive, allowing for smooth maneuvering and less fatigue. The scarifier's adjustable cutting depth was another great feature. I was able to make fine adjustments depending on the area I was working on, and it performed incredibly well in both light and more aggressive applications. The 9HP engine provided plenty of power to get through tougher spots without any issues.
