The Regal Pellet 500 Pro includes 9mm stainless steel grids, fuel sensor, folding front shelf, and locking casters. The body is constructed from 2mm/14-gauge steel with 625 square inches of primary cooking surface, 240 square inches of secondary cooking surface, and heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids. The WiFi and Bluetooth enabled digital interface provides enhanced temperature control to smoke, roast, or sear. This innovative product comes fully equipped with a powerful auger, 22-pound capacity pellet hopper, removable drip tray, 2 electronic meat probes, stainless steel rotisserie kit, and a patented Roto-Draft damper system. WiFi and Bluetooth enabled digital interface can be used with the Broil King App. Heavy 9mm stainless steel cooking grids provide long life. Includes a sturdy fold-down front shelf, commercial grade locking casters, infrared pellet fuel sensor to alert you when fuel runs low, and quick set buttons that make preparing just about any meal easy. Easy-to-use digital control display maintains the temperature from low-and-slow 180 Deg (degrees) F (Fahrenheit) to a searing 600 Deg F.
